Adult Habilitation – Offers supervised activities to adults with intellectual and developmental disABILITIES (IDD) to obtain enjoyment through socialization and companionship. Most activities are provided in community settings such as dining for lunch, shopping, exercising, and riding public transportation. Activities provided in our center include, but are not limited to arts and crafts, music therapy, computer skills, and Tai Chi.
Pre-Vocational Habilitation – Provides adult individuals with IDD the opportunities to learn job and social skills for transitioning into future employment. Through various volunteer training sites, individuals learn grocery bagging, simple sewing, packaging, and janitorial tasks among other competencies while developing better hand-eye coordination.
